Lush green foliage will follow guests into the bar-lounge, boasting the signature glass-fronted display kitchen, where Chef Ford and his team will be found. The sleek and sexy bar-lounge will be complete with a view of the expansive, glass-enclosed wine collection, dark and rich leathers and textures, as well as a custom chandelier, providing another nod to the original location. A hand-painted mural will greet guests in the main dining room, combining rugged charm with sophistication, featuring red leather banquettes and a ceiling adorned with tiered, ribbed-glass chandeliers. The exclusive private dining room echoes the signature style of the restaurant and also features views of the custom wine room and intimate seating. This spring, Stubborn Seed Las Vegas will debut the outdoor patio, an oasis on the Las Vegas Strip bringing the indoors outside with lush greenery and sparkling glass pendants. Stubborn Seed will be located within The District and just off of the Conrad’s main porte-cochère.
