RESORTS WORLD LAS VEGAS KICKS OFF 2025 WITH EXCITING ENTERTAINMENT, DINING EXPERIENCES AND FESTIVE OFFERINGS

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 20, 2024) – Resorts World Las Vegas will welcome the New Year with exciting offerings and events throughout January. From memorable performances at Resorts World Theatre to Lunar New Year offerings, the property will provide unforgettable experiences to kick off the year. Resorts World Theatre
Continuing her highly anticipated Las Vegas residency, five-time GRAMMY Award-winning icon Janet Jackson will begin the New Year with two can’t-miss performances in January.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Genting Palace Genting Palace invites guests to experience old-world glamour with their new buffet offerings. This culinary gem, renowned for its authentic Chinese cuisine, will feature lavish menus that include an array of seafood, rice, and noodle dishes. The buffet offerings include:

  • Classic Buffet available Wednesday and Thursday for $50.88 per person
  • Seafood Buffet available Friday through Sunday for $60.88 per person

New Year’s Eve
Resorts World Las Vegas’ acclaimed restaurants have added additional indulgent prix fixe menu offerings to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style.

  • Genting Palace – The high-end authentic Chinese restaurant will present a decadent prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve priced at $128 per person. Menu items will include:
      • First Course
        • Dim sum platter made with Har Gow, Siu Mai with Tobiko, mushroom dumpling
      • Second Course
        • Fish fin and Alaskan King Crab soup
      • Third Course
        • Braised Abalone with pork belly, made with Australian Abalone and Jasmine Rice
      • Fourth Course
        • Steamed Seabass with fermented black beans, made with Australian Abalone and Jasmine Rice
      • Dessert
        • Apple wontons with vanilla gelato, cinnamon sugar and whipped cream
  • Crossroads – The plant-based hotspot will delight with a six-course New Year’s Eve menu priced at $115 per person:
      • First Course
        • Caviar, made with potato rosti, almond crème fraîche, chive and kelp caviar
      • Second Course
        • Cauliflower and leek soup, made with truffle dust and crispy leeks
      • Third Course
        • Choice of caramelized onion tart, made with yellow tomato egg yolk, frisée and mushroom pancetta; OR beet carpaccio, made with feta, pistachios and aged balsamic
      • Fourth Course
        • Choice of Caesar salad, made with garlic focaccia croutons and Caesar dressing; OR winter citrus and avocado salad, made with endive, dill, toasted fennel and vinaigrette
      • Fifth Course
        • Choice of Lion’s Mane steak, made with potato mille-feuille and bordelaise; OR Porcini and leek tortellini, made with parmesan herb butter
      • Sixth Course

Resorts World Las Vegas will host a complimentary Fireworks Viewing at Rose Rooftop on New Year’s Eve for guests who enjoy dinner at any of our on-property restaurants. Lunar New Year
Resorts World Las Vegas will ring in the Year of the Snake with festive décor, a traditional dragon dance, specialty retail items and more. On Thursday, Feb. 1, 2025 at 6 p.m. guests will be welcomed to enjoy a lively dragon dance that will take over the property to bring good luck and blessings to the community.
