Resorts World Theatre presents an unforgettable lineup of musical and comedic talents this August. Shows for the stunning 5,000-capacity entertainment venue include:

• Brett Young – Country music continues to reign supreme at Resorts World Theatre as country pop singer-songwriter Brett Young makes his in venue debut this August. Young will be joined by special guest and fellow country-pop singer, MacKenzie Porter, for their special one-night-only performance.

• Chris Young – Multi-platinum global entertainer Chris Young will debut at Resorts World Theatre with a one-night-only performance.  Hartbeat Weekend
Kevin Hart and his global entertainment company, Hartbeat, announce the return of Hartbeat Weekend, a four-day celebration of music, comedy, and entertainment. Headlined by Kevin Hart, Lil Wayne, and Ludacris, with more special guests to be announced, the event takes place at Resorts World Las Vegas from Thursday, Aug. 29, to Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024.

Key events taking place throughout the four-day celebration include:

• Kevin Hart Presents “Acting My Age” at Resorts World Theatre – Kevin Hart brings his Acting My Age tour to Resorts World Theatre for a night of non-stop laughter on Sunday, Sept. The show is produced by AEG Presents.
• LOL LIVE at Zouk – Hartbeat brings its all-new stand-up series “LOL Live” at Zouk Nightclub inside Resorts World Las Vegas, featuring a full slate of 30-minute comedy special tapings from some of the funniest and most original comedians working today.

Aqua Seafood and Caviar Restaurant
The opulent caviar restaurant run by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt is elevating its dining experience with a new evening kickoff menu this August. Featuring robust flavors and premium ingredients, Aqua’s new specialty prix-fixe menu is available daily between 3-6 p.m. at $85 per person. The esteemed restaurant will also offer half-priced specialty cocktails from 4-6 p.m. The evening kickoff menu includes:

• Starter: Australian Salad or Crab Cake
• Entrée: Australian Wagyu Hanger Steak, Gnocchi, or Spicy Fried Chicken
• Dessert: Caviar Ball

Eight Lounge
The Strip’s premier cigar lounge is transporting guests to the heart of Cuba with the venue’s newest Thursday night patio party, “Havana After Dark.” Once a month starting on Thursday, Aug. 15, guests will be immersed in the vibrant energy of Havana with authentic Cuban music from live bands and DJs and professional dance instructors teaching traditional Cuban dances like the Cha-Cha-Cha, Salsa, and Mambo.

FUHU
Las Vegas’s top Asian fusion restaurant has unveiled its new happy hour menu “Lucky Streak.” Available at the Main Bar and Veranda Bar on the patio, Sunday through Wednesday from 5-7 p.m., the happy hour menu offers $5 premium beers, $10 specialty cocktails and $19 Tiger Bites including:

• Popcorn Shrimp, made with chili mayo, furikake and green onion
• ⁠Wagyu Beef Potstickers, made with ponzu and chives
• Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna Poke, made with sweet onion, ogo, avocado and tempura nori chips
• Truffle Niji, made with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, white fish, blue crab, avocado, cucumber, truffle soy

Junior’s
In partnership with On the Rocks, the renowned New York based restaurant will be creating new $20 shareable cocktails such as:

• Knob Creek Old Fashion, created for a balance of deep style bourbon with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel
• Effen Vodka Cosmopolitan, using a continuously distilled Ultra-Premium Vodka, it provides a smooth, clean and crisp flavor

Kusa Nori at Allē Lounge on 66
The renowned Japanese restaurant now offers premium light bites at Allē Lounge on 66. Offering a vibrant symphony of chilled sashimis and maki rolls, the menu features:

• Blue Fin Tartare, made with sudachi, edamame, avocado, mousseline, umai ponzu, lotus root and ninja radish
• Kanpachi Carpaccio, made with gochujang miso, ninja radish and pickle serrano
• 3000 LV BLVD, made with yuzu kewpie snow crab, togarashi tataki salmon, asparagus, yuzu tobiko, micro wasabi and kizami yuzu

Summer Menus

• • • Aqua Seafood and Caviar Restaurant, known for its quality and one-of-a-kind dining experiences, has unveiled its new summer menu. Offerings include:
      • Salmon Tartare, made with brioche, quail egg and fennel
      • Lobster Roll, made with Maine lobster, soft roll, truffle and waffle fries
      • King Crab Lettuce Cups, made with Alaskan king crab, butter lettuce and green apple
      • Uni Risotto, made with king crab, Japanese uni, and gold dust
    • Carversteak’s pre-fixe summer menu starts at $110 per person and is available Sunday through Thursday from 5 – 6 p.m. Menu offerings include:
      • Lobster Bisque, made with Maine lobster, smoked bacon, English peas and potato
      • Atlantic Salmon, made with summer corn, marinated tomato, arugula and dijon vinaigrette
      • Steak Fritz, made with 8oz Allen Brothers Filet and peppercorn sauce
    • Crossroads Kitchen’s summer menu is available daily starting at 5 p.m. The plant-based summer menu includes roasted Japanese eggplant, grilled lion’s mane steak, roasted mushroom tarte, and the Carrie Underwood Reflection Summer Salad paying tribute to the country superstar who performs steps away from the fine dining restaurant at Resorts World Theatre.

   

  • FUHU has elevated its patio experience with a new brunch menu. Offerings include:
    • Crispy Tuna, made with rice crisp, spicy mayo, sweet soy and crispy garlic
    • Duck Benedict, made with over easy egg, toast, red vinegar and hollandaise sauce
    • All-American Girl Omelet “Carrie’s Favorite” pays tribute to the country icon. The dish is made with egg whites, shiitake and beech mushrooms, kale, goat cheese and crispy fingerling potatoes
  • Wally’s, the restaurant, wine bar and specialty gourmet market, introduces their refreshed summer menus now available daily. Offerings include:
    • Avocado Gazpacho, made with U-4 prawn, cucumber, red bell pepper, chipotle oil, crispy quinoa, brioche croutons
    • Yellowtail Crudo, made with pickled fresno chili, Wally’s caviar, ginger watermelon, crispy shallots, yuzu ponzu sauce
    • Grilled Halibut, made with baby bok choy, lemongrass-saffron beurre blanc, smoked and pickled mustard seeds
