Enrollment is free into the Genting Rewards program.

Customers can easily self-enroll at the Genting Rewards kiosk located at the west-end of the casino floor

The Genting Rewards desk is located inside what is traditionally the casino cage at the west-end of the
casino floor. Guests can visit here for all their Genting Rewards inquiries, cash and credit needs.

All Genting Rewards – Las Vegas members can earn Genting Points through nearly all their gaming and
non-gaming activities across the resort.

Resorts World Las Vegas follows a single point earning system in earning both Genting Bonus Points and
Genting Base Points. To earn Genting Points, simply insert the Genting Rewards card into the card reader on the slot machine to earn points for slot play or present your Genting Rewards card to dealer for table play. To card-in using the Resorts World Las Vegas app, open the app and scan the QR code on the slot machine or present the QR code on your smartphone to the dealer for table play.

Yes. To earn Genting Points for non-gaming, Genting Rewards members must present their Genting
Rewards card at the same time of their payment transaction. Genting Points cannot be added after the transaction has closed.

Genting Bonus Points is commonly known as Comp Points, these are the points Genting Rewards
members have earned and can be use towards free slot play or at participating non-gaming outlets. Genting Base Points is commonly known as Tier Points that is used to determine a Genting Rewards member’s progress towards achieving higher Tier Levels.

Resorts World Las Vegas follows a single point earning system in earning both Genting Bonus Points and
Genting Base Points, which means the amount of Genting Bonus Points a Genting Rewards member earns is the same amount of Genting Base Points they will receive in a single transaction. However, Genting Point Boost on Slots is not included in this rule.

Genting Rewards – Las Vegas members earn 3 Genting Points for every $1 coin-in on a reel slot machine

Every 5,000 Genting Bonus Points = $5 in resort comp that our Genting Rewards – Las Vegas members
can use for free play on slots or resort credit towards participating non-gaming outlets in the resort.

If a patron would like to use their Genting Points for free slot play, they can easily convert their points
directly at the slot machine. For non-gaming, the guest would need to simply notify the cashier or server at the time of payment.

Genting Points have no “cash value” and therefore no currency or coin will be issued in lieu of points.

Yes, there are two types of Genting Point expiration:

• Genting Bonus Point – Expire after 6 months of no activity for the Royal Tier Level and 12 months on no activity for the Prime, Monarch, Imperial, and Crockfords Club* Tier Level.
• Genting Base Points – Reset back to zero at the beginning of every Tier earning year for all Tier Levels. The Tier earning year at Resorts World Las Vegas is June 1 – May 31. The Genting Base Points earned during the current earning year will determine the patron’s Tier Level for the next earning year.

*Crockfords Club is exclusive and by invitation only.

Yes, at Resorts World Las Vegas there are 4 Genting Rewards Tier Levels that members can earn. All
Genting Rewards – Las Vegas members start at the Royal Tier Level and have the chance to earn up towards higher Tier Levels: Prime, Monarch, and Imperial.

Genting Rewards Tiers come with a collection of benefits such as line passes, slot point earning boosts,

However, keep in mind that Hotel Room Night stay, The Kitchen Café, In Room Dining, Minibar, VIP Pool, and Pool Service Bars are not eligible to earn Genting Points, these outlets will provide points for Hilton Honors members.
