LOYALTY PROMOTIONS

1. Eligibility & Participation

1.1. Participation in any Resorts World Las Vegas (“Promotion”) is open to Genting Rewards Members (“Participants”) who meet the qualification criteria for each specific event.

1.2. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and able to present valid and current government-issued identification upon request.

1.3. Team Members of Resorts World Las Vegas, their relatives, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or representatives are ineligible to participate in Promotions.

2. Earning Entries & Prize Rules

2.1. Earning entries or rewards is subject to the specific rules outlined for each Promotion, including earning requirements, limits on entries, and the timeframe for qualifying activities.

2.2. Each prize, entry, or reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other items unless expressly stated.

2.3. All rewards and prizes are awarded solely to the primary registered Participant.

2.4. Resorts World Las Vegas reserves the right to alter, revoke, or cancel any Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Force Majeure

3.1. Resorts World Las Vegas shall be excused from all performance and/or payment obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to governmental orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, civil disobedience, severe weather conditions, or any state/national emergency (“Force Majeure conditions”).

3.2. Executive management reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone any Promotion due to Force Majeure conditions and may, at its sole discretion, reschedule or opt not to reschedule the Promotion.

4. Marketing & Usage Rights

4.1. Participation in any Promotion constitutes consent for Resorts World Las Vegas, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising agencies to use Participants’ image, voice, and/or name for future marketing and advertising purposes, in perpetuity and without any license, royalty, or fee.

4.2. By participating, each Participant waives any rights of publicity or moral rights in connection therewith.

5. General Conduct & Compliance

5.1. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Genting Rewards membership as outlined in the Genting Rewards rules.

5.2. Failure to comply with the Promotion, Genting Rewards, or Resorts World Las Vegas general rules, procedures, and policies may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any awarded prizes.

5.3. The decisions of Resorts World Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of any Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Health & Safety

6.1. All participants and guests are required to comply with applicable health and safety policies and protocols. For further details, refer to Resorts World Las Vegas’ Health & Wellness Standards safety plan at https://www.rwlasvegas.com/about-us/health-and-safety/.

6.2. Resorts World Las Vegas takes no responsibility for any prizes that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other issues.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1. Resorts World Las Vegas is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with the American Gaming Association’s Code of Conduct.

7.2. Information explaining the probabilities of winning or losing at the various games is available to all patrons.

8. Additional Provisions

8.1. Any disputes or issues arising from or in connection with any Promotion shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction of the event.

8.2. Resorts World Las Vegas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
