From Thanksgiving menus to Race Week activations, Resorts World Las Vegas is offering one-of-a-kind experiences all-month long

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 30, 2024) – Throughout November, Resorts World Las Vegas will unleash high-octane thrills, seasonal culinary menus, iconic performances from the industry’s leading talent and much more. Please see below for additional details surrounding the upcoming specials and events.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

ComplexCon

• FUHU invites guests to experience Chef’s Cut—a live bluefin tuna omakase dining event on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 8:30 p.m. This exclusive six-course journey celebrates the artistry and precision of Japanese cuisine, where every dish is carefully curated by their expert chef. The evening will feature the freshest cuts of bluefin tuna, highlighting the delicacy of this prized fish, paired with a dessert wine that complements the bold flavors of each course. The experience is priced at $250 per person with sake pairing available. Limited seating – reservations can be made here.

Race Week
As engines rev up for the big race, Resorts World Las Vegas will offer guests one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Offerings include:

• INDULGE: Race Week Edition, in partnership with inKind, Resorts World is the proud host of INDULGE: Race Week Edition. On Saturday, Nov. 23 at Ayu Dayclub, the party destination will transform into a culinary fine-dining food festival. Indulge will provide a walk-around tasting experience featuring restaurant pop-ups curated by Industry Only, including Camphor, Chimmelier, Holy Basil, Joint Seafood, Ospi, Prince Street Pizza and Tacos 1986 plus Big Noise beer, Bites & Bashes cocktails, Dorasti Caviar, KACE Tea and Liquid Death water. • FUHU, in partnership with Giselle Miami, will unveil the new Giselle Pop-Up Brunch. The iconic restaurant duo will feature a curated three-course menu including Giselle’s Bluefin Tuna Truffle Cones, Lobster Thermidor, and FUHU’s Kalbi Fried Rice and Blueberry Pancakes. Pair it all with signature cocktails, bringing Miami’s bold flavors to Vegas. Brunch will be available on Friday, Nov. 22 and Saturday, Nov. 23, from noon – 5 p.m. Reservations can be made here.
• Carversteak, the luxurious steakhouse delivers on a delicious Race Weekend Tasting Menu from Thursday, Nov. 21 through Saturday, Nov. 23. The selection includes Wagyu Beef Cheek Ravioli, Triple Seared Wagyu Carpaccio, Hokkaido Scallops, Yellowtail Sashimi, Foie Gras Torchon, and much more. The exquisite menu is priced at $233 per person with the option for curated wine pairing for $125.
• Brezza, Resorts World’s premier fine dining Italian restaurant, will add to the excitement of Race Week with the debut of its new brunch menu “Race Day Victory Lap.” Dishes and drink packages include:
  • Caviar Bump, served with 5mg “Bump” of Adamas Italian Caviar, priced at $25
  • Caviar Service, served with 1oz Adamas Italian Caviar, traditional caviar accouterments and gnocco fritto, priced at $195
  • ½ Dozen Royal Miyagi Oysters, served with rhubarb mignonette, house cocktail sauce and lemon, priced at $36
  • White Truffle Tajarin, made with European butter sauces, Parmigiano Reggiano, and shaved white truffles, priced at $135
  • Bottomless mimosas and Rosé priced at $35

• Eight Lounge, the Strip’s premier cigar lounge, will unveil the world’s most exclusive cocktail and cigar pairings with the venue’s Fumée de l’Élégance packages. Guests purchasing packages $5K or greater will enjoy their cocktails and cigars in one of Eight’s private rooms. The Fumée de l’Élégance packages will be available from Thursday, Nov. 21 to Saturday, Nov. 23, consists of:
  • Downforce: A 1.5-ounce pour of Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura 29 years Aged Awamori Cask Finish paired with a La Union — My Father for Tatuaje (Black Humidor) cigar, priced at $500.
  • Pole Position: A 1.5-ounce pour of Macallan M Highland Single Malt Scotch and a Davidoff Royal Release Robusto cigar, priced at $1000.
  • Velocity Vintages: A 1.5-ounce pour of The Balvenie Forty Single Malt Scotch and a Davidoff Oro Blanco cigar, priced at $2,500.
  • Drivers Briefing: The elusive complete House of Hazelwood Flight featuring all eight expressions, a box of Padron 1926 80th Anniversary Perfecto cigars and a limited edition Eight Lounge-branded Trident cigar cutter, priced at $3,275.
  • Slip Stream: Four pours of Glenfiddich 40-Year Old and four Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo de Pasion cigars, plus a limited edition Eight Lounge-branded Trident cigar cutter, priced at $5,888.
  • The Chicane: A flight of Glenfiddich whisky, featuring the 30-Year, 40-Year and 50-Year Old expressions, one Gurkha Maharaja ultra-premium cigar and a limited edition Eight Lounge-branded Trident cigar cutter, priced at $15,000.
  • The Champion’s Trophy: The Elie Bleu Opus 25th Anniversary Cabinet, six boxes of Fuente Opus 25th Anniversary cigars, a cigar locker and Eight Lounge membership through Dec. 31, 2025 as well as the use of Eight’s Private Chairman’s Lounge for the night for up to 12 guests, and a one-ounce pour of Glenfiddich 50-Year Old for each guest, priced at $150,000.
• RedTail, will become an immersive sports viewing destination that transports guests to the heart of the action. During Race Week from Thursday, Nov. 21 to Saturday, Nov. 23, RedTail will host epic viewing parties and offer beverage specials perfect to watch the big race.
• ¡VIVA!, the Mexican inspired restaurant from award winning chef Ray Garcia, will celebrate Race Week with VIVA LA BRUNCH. The acclaimed venue will host the party brunch on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and will feature specialty cocktail menus, live entertainment, airbrush tattoo stations and much more.

Thanksgiving
Resorts World’s acclaimed restaurants will take center stage for visit-worthy feasts for food lovers during Thanksgiving. Offerings will include:

• Carversteak, the upscale steakhouse will provide guests with an unforgettable three-course a la carte menu featuring:
  • First Course (choice of)
    • Butternut Squash Soup, made with roasted hazelnut, smoked bacon and brown butter crème fraîche, priced at $19
    • Roasted Duck Gnocchi, made with black truffle, brown butter emulsion and sage, priced at $42
  • Main Course
    • Diestel Farms Organic Turkey Dinner, made with roasted turkey breast, confit dark meat, traditional gravy, potato puree, garlic sausage stuffing and cranberry sauce, priced at $72

• Aqua, by renowned chef Shaun Hergatt will be offering a convenient to-go menu special for customers and hotel guests to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. The flavorful menu suitable for six people, must be pre-ordered before Saturday, Nov. 23, and will be available for pickup on Thanksgiving day from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Offerings include:

• Crossroads Kitchen, the Strip’s only fine-dining plant-based restaurant, will offer a unique twist to Thanksgiving dinner with its special Thanksgiving buffet. The buffet is priced at $90 per person and is available from noon – 6 p.m. Dishes include:

The Strip’s most elusive speakeasy will curate an unforgettable ladies night out with the venue’s new “Purrfect Night Out” event. Every Thursday starting on Nov. 7, from 5 – 7 p.m., ladies will receive $12 select craft cocktails.

RedTail
RedTail will elevate the UFC Fight Night viewing experience with its UFC watch party offerings. From private karaoke rooms and nostalgic arcade games, to the venue’s massive TVs, RedTail provides a truly immersive experience to enjoy Fight Night in Las Vegas. Viewing schedule for watch parties include:

The inaugural ComplexCon is coming to Las Vegas and from Saturday, Nov. 16 – Sunday, Nov. 17 Majorwavez will transform into the ultimate ComplexCon hub.
